We've created a simple guide for you to take measurements for your new beautiful curtains. You provide us with the clean dimensions of your room or windows, and we'll handle all the curtain calculations to make sure you receive perfectly tailored curtains. Step 1: Measure the width
Measure the width of the window. For a narrow, classic look measure from outer frame to outer frame and add 20-50 cm on each side of the window. This allows the curtains to be positioned against the wall without blocking too much light when they are parked to the sides. For example, if you measured a width of 155 cm, you should enter measurements between 185 cm and 205 cm.

Step 2: Measure the height
Ceiling rail - recommended: Measure the height from floor to ceiling. Take height measurements at 2-3 points and provide us with both the lowest and highest measurements.

Wall rail: Wall rails are recommended if, for example, very deep stucco, sloping ceilings, etc. Wall rail: Measure the height from the floor to just below the ceiling/below where the ceiling/stucco starts. Measure the height in 2-3 places and inform us of the lowest and highest measurement.

Step 1: Measure the width
To create a spacious and wide appearance, measure the width from one wall to the other. If you have multiple windows, like in a new build, we can install an extended rail that spans across all the windows for that beautiful wall-to-wall effect.

Step 2: Measure the height
Ceiling Rail - Recommended: Measure the height from floor to ceiling. Take height measurements at 2-3 points and provide us with both the lowest and highest measurements.

Step 1: Measure the width

Measure the window height inside the window frame/niche, from the bottom of the window or window sill to the top. Measure the height at two points and provide us with both the lowest and highest measurements.
